Twas two days before Christmas, when through Broadgate Quarters,
The people were stirring, especially GFI sons and daughters;
The children collected their ‘Elf Points Stickers’ from each zone,
Before receiving a gift bag to take to their home.
Adorning elf shoes and a little elf cap,
Children took it in turns to do the ‘Elf Wrap’
Then onto the next zone they flew like a flash,
Not forgetting to remove their craft paper sash.
The Bubble Expert elf, friendly face all aglow,
Blew bubbles resembling the new fallen snow,
Time for a game of parachute hibernating elves,
Even Santa’s helpers must look after themselves!
So, onto the next zone you must now take yourself,
Time for Arts and Crafts and to make your own elf.
You can dress your elf from his head to his toes
With colourful stickers to represent clothes.
The elf hole in one: the bean bag throw,
Can you get your bag through the hole in one go?
There’s a soft play with ball pit, no need for restraint
Or you can stop by a table for a lick of face paint.
There’s one guest of honour walking round:
A giant elf mascot, greeting guests with abound.
It’s time for Chief Elf to inspect your points card,
Being good all year round is exceptionally hard!
A present for each child is our last parting gift,
Then it’s back to the North Pole for one final shift.
But we say to our friends as they leave with ones dear:
“Merry Christmas to all…and we’ll see you next year!
“I look forward to working with you next year! Speak in September time”
