Christmas Wonderland at the Bentall Centre
Kids’ People have once again teamed up with The Bentall Centre to bring joy and festive cheer to the visiting families. The Bentall Centre was teeming with decadent decorations and luscious lights and the Wonderland set was no exception.
Deck the mall
Four miniature Christmas trees twinkled in each corner around the centre piece: a tree-mendous 6ft glittery Christmas tree. Yule have been sorry to miss this photo opportunity! Swapping the North Pole for Southwest London, four of Santa’s top elves took time out of their busy schedules to supervise each week’s festivities. Dressed from top hat to toe in sparkly red, green and gold, many an ‘elfie was taken with guests in front of the tree. Each week, festive friends were tasked with crafting Christmas tree decorations. But the merriment didn’t end with there. Cheery tykes were invited to spin the elves’ magical wheel to see whether they had been naughty or nice this year. Needless to say Santa’s naughty list must have been very short this year as all spins landed on “Nice.”
Have your ‘elf a merry little Christmas
Many guests were familiar faces that participated in previous events over the year and came specifically for the event. Others were seasonal shoppers that came to find out what the buzz and excitement was about and returned in the following weeks. Bentall’s Christmas Wonderland was a resounding success with not a humbug in sight, proving that this really is the most wonderful time of the year!
